$900/week (Four nights is normally required from Feb. 1 - May 1)
$160/night (2 night minimum out of season)

*Most holidays and festival weekends from July 15 - Feb. 1 require a minimum of a 4 night stay and will not be reserved more than 3 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least a five night stay. Please inquire to verify required number of days.
Holidays and festivals book up quickly. The minimum booking is a requirement. Busy times include the usual holidays, the Cedar Key Arts Festival in April, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the Cedar Key Seafood Festival in October. Please email us with questions.
We sometimes allow pets - contact us and let us know what type of pet you have. There is a $10 pet fee per visit. Please know that we never approve cats as the owner is very allergic!
(Rates are subject to increase without notice. Please check with us at the time of reservation.)Rates do not include Florida 9% tax. No additional cleaning fees are charged. A credit card number or check for one night's stay is required to reserve stays of up to one week. Longer stays require at least a week's rental deposit.
